Full Description
Obidos Villas Luz is a project of 16 energy-efficient villas on the Silvercoast in Portugal.
It is located in OBIDOS, a town in the province of LEIRIA, in Santa Maria, Sao Pedro e Sobral da Lagoa, known as BAIRRO SENHORA DA LUZ.
OBIDOS is a town with a UNESCO-protected medieval walled city, with traditional whitewashed houses, hundreds of small historical shops, cafes, restaurants surrounding a well-preserved castle with stunning panoramic views across the countryside. Obidos hosts many activities throughout the year.
The most famous are the "Festival Internacional do Chocolate", the "Mercado Medieval" and the Christmas market.
The modern villas all have a standard living room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one ensuite), 3 installed bathrooms, a terrace, a private garden with swimming pool, BBQ place and carport. Only the best materials have been used to create these A+ energy-efficient villas. The hot water supply is based on solar energy. The total energy consumption is covered by a standard included installation of solar panels. All villas have A/C pre-installation.
Although the project is in the countryside, the most beautiful beaches of Foz Do Arelho, São Martinho Do Porto, Nazaré and Peniche are easily accessible. The Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort and the Royal Obidos Golf & Spa resort are a 15-minute drive away. Lisbon is just 45 minutes away. Around the development, all amenities such as schools, banks, pharmacy, public transport, CTT, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.
