With stunning views, south facing over Marigot Bay. The second most photographed location in St Lucia after the World Heritage, Pitons. Outstanding natural beauty regularly used as a film location. Only accessible by boat. There is no road to the north side of the bay creating an ambiance of an island, an oasis of calm, quiet and privacy but only 2 minutes ferry ride away from all the facilities on the south side.

Marigot Bay has been described by visiting Super Yacht Captains as the Portofino of The Caribbean. It has been developed into an up-scale tourism destination, with the re-branded Zoetry, high-end all-inclusive hotel now run by Hyatt Corp on the south side of the bay.

Apartments

Star Lily Suite: Outside terrace into small sitting area and kitchenette. A/C, separate bedroom with shower and separate w.b. and w.c. This could be incorporated into the main house.

Hibiscus Suite: Outside terrace, sitting area, kitchen/dining area. A/C, ceiling fan in bedroom with wardrobes and ensuite shower room with w.b. and w.c.

Blue Bamboo Suite: with outside terrace, kitchen, A/C, bedroom and ensuite shower room.

Pool

A small pool with deck is located in the gardens. There are wonderful views of the whole bay from the pool deck.

Dock Side Boat House:

2-bedroom cottage, partially over the water. Bedroom 1 with A/C and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 with ensuite shower room and a kitchen between the 2 bedrooms.

The Boat House can be used as a 2-bed cottage or individual ensuite rooms.

* The dock is capable of berthing 3-4 sailboat vessels plus 2 large vessels of 60 ft. or more. The docks could be reconfigured to berth a Superyacht up to 150 ft. in length.
