The existing building, built in 1531, will be completely renovated and modernized, all important historical and cultural features will be preserved, creating a perfect symbiosis with the new block soon to be built.
It will feature 51 rooms with a modern touch, creating a clear and sophisticated contrast with the heritage of the monastery.
Unfinished buildings will give way to a beautiful garden with a swimming pool.
A Spa will also be available to provide exquisite comfort for all guests.
It will be a 4-star hotel that will offer exceptional service and comfort to all guests, giving them the feeling of a 5-star hotel.
PROFITABILITY:
The guaranteed return of the hotel will be 3.5% per year for the first 5 years. At the same time, the entire return for 5 years will be paid one year after the investment, corresponding to 49,000€.
The client is entitled to stay up to 4 weeks per year throughout the program, divided into 1 week in high season, 1 week in mid-season, and 2 weeks in low season.
The hotel will start operating at the end of 2025. Construction and renovation will begin at the end of 2022.
