15 Month Build
Villa Vida is a 3 bedroom project, it is already approved by the local authorities, the electric and water supply will soon be in place to start the building. The construction time of the project is 15 months until the property is ready for the handover. As this is a project currently in pre-construction, this means the internal finishing can be selected and a high degree of bespoke finishes and internal changes to the room’s layout can be made throughout the entire design and build. As this will be a build project, the build progress will be supported by our normal weekly photographic and drone imagery.
