The front of the property has a generous sized tiled terrace and a conservatory from which there are wonderful mountain views.

The conservatory has undoubtedly been the main feature for the current owner who has utilised it as both a dining and relaxing area. With its glass curtains opened the east facing mountain views change throughout the day as the sunlight moves over them.

Entering the villa through the main entrance door you arrive at a large entrance hall that runs the depth of the property. With blue Andalucia tiles adorning the walls and wooden beams in the ceiling you are naturally drawn to the light at the farthest end that floods in from the double height atrium.

La Muleria is, as mentioned earlier, just a short drive from the wonderful beaches of Villaricos and Vera Playa. A little further away to the north there is San Juan de los Terreros.

The larger town of Cuevas del Almanzora is a 10 minute drive away where you will find a high street brand supermarket, other shops and facilities.

The property would be ideal for those looking to immerse themselves into Spanish living in a quieter, less touristic location but with amenities not too far away. Internet connection is of course available for those needing to keep in touch with family and friends in the cyber world.

Airport transfers to Almería and Murcia are 60 and 75 minutes respectively and Alicante is 2 hours.
