The plot is situated in an unspoiled and quiet nature area on a small island nested on Pagasitic gulf.
Paleo Trikeri is an islet and settlement of the prefecture of Magnesia and is located at the entrance of the Pagasitic Gulf. Administratively it belongs to the community of Trikeri. The highest point of the island is 109m. On the island is the monastery of Panagia Evangelistria, built in the 19th century. The island is covered by dense vegetation consisting mainly of olive groves and is quite reminiscent of the vegetation of the opposite shore. To the north is the small islet of Pythos. There are no cars or roads on the island. For the visitor, the 80km from Volos is a wonderful coastal route to Alogoporo and in less than 5 minutes the sea taxi will get you to the island. The island hosts celebrities and non-celebrities, to enjoy the sea on the beaches of the tiny island. The most beautiful are Afetka, Agia Sophia and Prasini Ammos, all within walking distance and with turquoise waters.
