This plot of land is in an elevated position and is situated off the road leading to Kentro on the right and to the left to the quite and secluded village of Tseria.

At the elevated end of the plot it has wonderful sea views of the Messinian coastline and on the back end the Taygetos mountains. No olive trees on the plot so easy to construct on with lots of material. It also has easy access to electricity and water. The plot is only a 20 minute drive to the picturesque village of Kardamyli. It is also just a few minute drive to the pebble beaches of this magnificent coast. This plot of land sits in an elevated position between Kendro and Tseria, and above the lovely village of Prosilio.
From the upper half of the plot we have wonderful sea views right down the Messinian coastline and to the rear we have the start of the majestic Taygetos Mountains. The plot is entirely flat but sloping towards the sea, having an elevation difference of approximately 6 mtrs between top and bottom. This would give any property built here uninterrupted views of the coastline, olive groves, gorges and land below. Utilities of electricity, water and telecoms are at the plot border already, which is directly accessible from a very quiet municipal road. There is a large amount of stone on the plot which could be used as building material for either the main house, or for enhancing the stone walls that already surround the site. The busy village of Tseria is a 10 minute walk from this building plot, where tavernas and kafenions can be found. The picturesque village of Kardamyli is only 20 minute drive away, which brings you to the beach, tavernas and shops of this magical place and the regional centre of Kalamata is also on 30 minute drive away.
