Every now and again a renovation project comes along that we all fall in love with, this is one of them! The village of Choroepiskopi enjoys arguably some of the nicest views on the island, spanning out across the valley towards the mountains.
This house is situated at the edge of the village and has parking right outside. The entrance is through a large vaulted gate which leads into a hallway. A door leads through into a room with a window looking out over the courtyard towards the view. From this room a staircase leads up to a large, bright landing and three further rooms, each with windows making them nice and bright.
Back in the hallway, steps lead down towards the courtyard area at the rear of the house. At present this part of the house is half indoor half outdoor; with some imagination it could become truly special.
The courtyard at the back currently houses a small tumble-down building which was once the kitchen and has a wood oven and fireplace.
All external rendering has already been completed on this property, including cleaning up all the stonework around the doors and windows.
