Rural apartments in Pravia
Two rural apartments for sale in a quaint village in the council of Pravia. These one bedroom apartments offer a ready made business with the permits and rural tourism licence already in place. The door opens into a similar layout to the ground floor apartment; an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, again with a wood burner for heating the apartment. There's also a bedroom and shower room. From this apartment you can also access the lovely garden which runs behind the property and around the bend to a natural spring on the edge of the forested area. There are several fruit trees on the land including lemon, plum and apples.
The views from the property are amazing. The location offers lovely peace and quiet in natural surroundings and is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and anyone wishing to escape the city life.
