The field which has a track from the stable is just under an acre and quite suitable for a horse or other animals. The old pigsty now serves as a stable for the horse.
The large barn has wide double doors, which are ideal for vehicle storage. Plenty of space remains for further storage or hobbies. Attached to the barn, two small metal hangars will accommodate your other vehicles and all of your garden tools. In front of the house, the former bread oven is now used as a utility room.
AmenitiesThe house is close to Saint-Germain-les-Belles, which is slightly larger and has more amenities with a bakery, a small supermarket, a butcher/caterer, a garage, a chemist’s, a restaurant and a cafe. Saint-Germain-les-Belles also boasts a beautiful lake with a sandy beach. Around the lake, there are various games for children and there is a (public) tennis court, including a large campsite. For a larger supermarket you only have to drive a little further to the village of Magnac-Bourg, which also has all the main amenities available. The motorway is 8 minutes away. Limoges and Brive, with their airports, are both 30 to 40 minutes drive away.
