The great height on the first floor of 3.3 metres makes the rooms very spacious. There are 2 bathrooms and each room has its own sink. The house has many cosy corners. The large attic is still original. You can make more rooms here if you want.
Running B&BThere is a spacious garden with lots of privacy and a small conservatory. If you want to start a B&B, this is your chance. You can get started right away and collect income. This B&B is currently the only place to stay (for pilgrims) in Thiviers, among others.
Lively areaThiviers has a good train connection to Paris and there is a pleasantly busy market on Saturdays. There are also 3 large supermarkets and nice cafés and restaurants. The town is in a lively area, with plenty of opportunities for trips and beautiful walks.
