Entering the house, the space opens up to house the social area: the living room, the dining room and the kitchen.
There is a door leading to the garage, an enclosed porch used as an office and even a guest bathroom.
On the outdoor terrace, the swimming pool is the highlight, in communion with the leisure and dining area, the oven, the barbecue, the support bench, and brightened up with a flower bed. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms, one of which is en suite and has a walk-in closet, all with good balconies, the two bathrooms and the laundry/storage area.
Going up another floor we are in the attic, which has the same area as the other floors, equally paved, finished and with two large windows, where there can be more rooms such as bedrooms, a studio or office, as well as storage space.
I would also like to point out that the house is spacious, bright, has excellent sun exposure and solar panels for heating water and providing energy.
