In the province of Pavia, at the outskirts of Milan, is situated this historical estate girdled by greenery and replete with privacy. The property dates back to 1550, when Archbishop Carlo Borrometo built it as a dwelling to use during the harvesting season. This luxury estate sprawls over roughly 1,000 m² in total and exhibits an imposing staircase in the hallway, leading to the other floors. The first floor displays rooms that may be used for photo or video shoots, or as a set for tv series, and four historical halls of different sizes and styles. Finally, a park extending over 2,700 m² in total, which was used as a fruit orchard, is situated on one side of the courtyard and introduces what we may call a “natural promenade”. rif.4282
