The famous beaches like Praia Arrifana, Praia Monte Clerigo and Praia Amoureira are reachable in a five minutes distance. Costa Vicentina is well known for it´s beautiful nature, where people can do a lot of outdoor activities like walking, biking, Nordic walking etc....., but also known for it´s ideal surfing climate.
The house is existing in two parts. At the frontpart, well equipped kitchen, livingroom with an open fire.From the living room you have acces to the masterbedroom with an en suite bathroom, second bedroom with a separate bathroom. There´s an third area on this floor, which is in use as a study. At the back of the house, in the basement, two completely equipped apartments, which one of them is in use. The second apartment can easily been used as a storage space.
