Village house in a quiet location in the small hamlet of Bodenaya on the edge of Espina which is in the council of Salas. This detached property has a large garden with a shed and small outbuilding plus an additional parcel of land next to it, measuring around 1,000 sqm. At the end of the corridor is another room which used to be where the original owners smoked their meat in the stone oven, which is no longer used now. All of the accommodation is on the first floor however, the space on the ground floor could be renovated and utilised to create further living accommodation if required.

Location
The house is situated in a rural location only 1km away from the centre of Espina which has all of the usual day to day amenities including banks, supermarkets, schools, pharmacy etc. The nearest medical centre is in Salas which is 9km and in the other direction it's just 12km to Tineo. This property has a lot of potential and includes the large parcel of land which is perfect for growing vegetables, keeping chickens and even a couple of sheep. The roof and structure of the property remains in excellent condition. The views from the property look out over the surrounding countryside.
