The gardens are very natural and if you were to live here you could do all sorts of projects if you would like to. Personally, it I like to see a natural garden with the exposed mountain rock. But if you do want a swimming pool then you have plenty of space to put one in. The original design of the villa included a swimming pool, however the owner never wanted one as it was just a holiday home and they did not want the maintenance. There is a local pool cleaner on the urbanisation so this would not be an issue for anyone wanting to build and have a pool.
Garage is very big, in fact large enough for additional accommodation if you required it. Most villas with this spare space have created separate apartments, or integrated with an internal staircase. I also know a local architect if you wish to explore this avenue. Or as the garage is currently used for cars and storage and you may wish to continue using it for just that.
The villa was built in 2006, 220m² build and sits on a parcel of 961m². There is no immediate work required with this villa. The main accommodation is on one level and if disabled access is needed there are two entrances into the villa, which is quite rare for villas on the hillside.
This villa also benefits from winter sunshine, so if you want to come to Spain in the winter or you intend to live here all year, this is a very good option.
There are two ways onto the urbanisation, both ways are up a hillside, but once at the top the views are spectacular. Excellent walking routes around the countryside and a walking rout to La Font D`en Carros. A car is recommended if you wish to live here or come for holidays as there is no public transport up the hillside. Some locally do not drive and reply on taxis, so it is possible to live here with no car, but you have to rely on taxis or good friends.
