Santa Elia is a picturesque seaside resort that belongs to the municipality of Santa Flavia. here Sant'Elia is the most fascinating part of Santa Flavia, it is located directly by the sea and that alone is of course worth a visit. But you should take a closer look, because one of its secrets is a little hidden, but then reveals itself to the astonished observer in all its beauty - a rocky bay in the middle of the village, surrounded by old houses and balconies that hover over the sea.
At a small beach and in the middle of the bay, you can climb into the water via a staircase. A cross on the rock at the end of the inlet is a popular place for Sicilians to propose marriage.
Another secret is hidden behind the walls of an old house that stands almost in the middle of the sea - the “Casa Bianca” (White House) at the end of the village beach. It's a place of longing that you're sure to be told many times a day how much you'd like to live there - with your feet in the sea and your head in the clouds.

The property

It is located on the village street, which is only moderately frequented. From the balcony of the two bedrooms you have a wonderful view of the village and the sea, which is about 100 m away. There are some nice cafés and a small sandy beach on the beach, which is also very popular with locals and tourists. The facade of the house already makes an inviting impression, you enter the house via a small staircase and then climb up to the first floor, where the apartment is located. You enter the apartment into a hallway, on the right side are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed; both rooms have access to a balcony facing the sea.
