Ariti's House has belonged to this family since the 1800's and was fully renovated in 2015.
The property is located in the upper village and within walking distance to the local tavernas.
Entering the house, you will find an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area and a shower room. All fittings and furnishings are traditional with modern fixtures. On the left hand side a wooden staircase with metal railings leads to a large landing space currently used as a bedroom. The second bathroom with a shower is located on the left side and on the right past the landing is the master bedroom surrounded by windows and a long distance sea view through the mountains.
In front of the property is a beautiful garden filled in with various fruit trees offering an ideal area to spend time with your family and friends.
During the summer months the village of Old Perithia attracts many visitors coming to see the old village and eat at the traditional tavernas. In the winter the village is much quieter, the tavernas only open during the weekend.
There is also a little boutique hotel and various airbnb rentals, with more coming up.
The closest beach and amenities are approximately 9,5Km and the Corfu town approximately 45km away.
