Propriété de 2 chambres à vendre à El Pinar
El Pinar, Grenade, Andalousie, Espagne
Description complète
This is an opportunity to purchase one of the original whitewashed properties that were constructed in the mid 1970s. Developing from around the central plaza, property buyers chose their plot and their new homes were constructed creating the small village of El Pinar.
There were just a few streets at that time, with their traditional descriptive names indicating what was there, Calle del Horno - a bakers, Calle de las Tiendas - shops, well, probably one shop, and the then new village was created and has continued to grow ever since.
The property we are seeing was completed in 1976 and has many features that make it that something special; some features being structural and others simply down to its privileged elevated location.
To the front of the property there is a low maintenance Mediterranean style garden that runs the width of the plot planted with various cacti and accent bougainvillea trees.
Behind the garden passing through the feature arches there is a large covered terrace that is utilised as an outside living room furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs. From here you can take the first of the coastal views.
Moving in to the property you arrive at the first of the reception rooms that is set as a dining room, off which to the right, passing through a pillared arch, you step in to the impressive living room, with the half-vaulted barrel ceiling taking pride of place.
The living room is bright and airy with patio doors to three aspects giving access to the garden, front terrace and a rear courtyard. There is also a log burning stove and wooden balustrade staircase leading up to the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is another well proportioned room with air conditioning, built in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath & shower over, toilet and basin.
Returning to the living room, there is access to the second bedroom that also has built in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
To the left hand side of the dining room there is the fully refurbished kitchen with integrated appliances, marble work tops and generous storage cupboards.
An external door from the kitchen takes you a utility area, toilet and courtyard on the ground level, whilst an external staircase takes you up a solarium from where you get uninterrupted views along the Mediterranean coastline and Mojácar Pueblo on the horizon and the village to the foreground.
To appreciate the beauty and authenticity of this property, viewing is highly recommended.
The village of El Pinar is situated between the whitewashed village of Bédar above it and the traditional working village of Los Gallardos below. Both villages offer the choice of numerous bars and restaurants, weekly street markets, banks and have most day-to-day requirements covered. Should you require them there are also doctors, pharmacy and dentist.
Within a 15 minute drive you can be in the towns of Mojácar and Garrucha enjoying the beaches and array of shops, bars and excellent restaurants offering a variety of fish, meat and international cuisine.
Airport transfers from Almería and Murcia are a very easy drive and take only 45 and 80 minutes with Alicante at around 2 hours. Most airlines service the airports from throughout Europe making the location accessible and appealing to many nationalities.
