for painting we use the Jotun paint brand and you can choose any colour you wish for the walls in your apartment without paying any extras
humidity is the problem you can’t solve on the island, but to avoid mold we put real ventilation systems for bathrooms and even at winter season your living will stay as comfortable
in Esentepe region, electricity cuts are the issue that can be solved only one way - by putting private electric generators, so we have them as well
in our crazy world, where pandemic is active for years, hygiene has become a very sensitive topic for most of us and we want you to feel safe at your home. Thinking of it, we decided to use quartz worktops in the kitchens. Quartz is an antibacterial material, which is easy to clean and looks really good
