Description complète

An exceptional project is coming up in Pervolia, Larnaca. A complex of 8 luxurious detached villas all sharing a huge communal agricultural land of 727 sqm full of trees, vegetables and herbs.

The project has access through a private road and provides parking spaces for two cars as well as for the guests'. The villa is spread over a large plot with private landscaped gardens and magnificent views. Its ground floor hosts an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a guest bathroom and a room that can be turned into a guest bedroom or an office. Moving on to the first floor, three double bedrooms come up sharing a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

The covered veranda, that connects the living room with the pool and garden when opened, gives the feeling of being outdoors, indoors! Take a dip in the shimmering outdoor pool, have a quick shower in the outdoor shower, and fire up the grill for a BBQ with friends at the outdoor barbeque point or simply lounge on the outside sitting area to relax.

What makes this property stand out from the rest is the fact that all of the owners of the villas in the complex are co-owners of the agricultural plot which represents part of the project featuring kiosks, barbecue areas, a janitor residence located at the site of the crop, while primarily featuring planted fruit-bearing trees as well as vegetables and herbs which serve in providing all necessary items for the needs of the households.

It is undoubtedly a five-star luxury in an idyllic location surrounded by nature!

PERVOLIA

Located 16 km from Larnaka town, the coastal community of Pervolia is favoured for the more tranquil beach experience that its 4 km sandy stretch offers, along with interesting, ancient sights. Its name originated from the Greek word ‘pervoli’, which means a fertile field where produce grows.

Aside from its beautiful natural scenery, which also overlooks one of the lakes in the Larnaka Salt Lake network, the village has several other notable attractions. The famous lighthouse (Faros) is a relic from the island's time under British Rule, with several shipwrecks found in the surrounding seas. The old Venetian Watchtower (Rigena / Regena) is one of four in the region that remains in good condition and is included in the Thematic Cycle Routes. The village is also continually upgrading, with a new coastal walkway with pedestrian and bicycle lanes, squares, viewpoints and access paths to the beach. Nowadays, it is a favourite holiday spot for locals from other parts of the island.
