Le comte Charles de Batz (surnommé « d'Artagnan) » était le célèbre mousquetaire du roi de France. Le manoir est situé en haut du village de St Bertrand De Commingues avec un emplacement stratégique avec accès direct à un grand parking.

The manor dates from the 17th Century during 1612 acquired by the present owner from the Countess of Grandidier of the Batz family. Count Charles of Batz (nicknamed as 'd' Artagnan) was the famous musketeer of the King of France. The manor is situated at the top of the village of St Bertrand De Commingues with a strategic location with direction access of a big car park. Sometimes the village is called 'Mont St Michel des Terres'.
