The Secret Garden is revealed behind the lovely vine-covered metal gate! As you open the gates you enter into a large very mature garden giving both shade and privacy to this unique "ranch style" home with a pool.
As you enter the house there is a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with French doors to the garden, a wood burner for warmth, and a breakfast bar with a kitchen area.
From this room a hallway leads to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owner had plans to make two of the bedrooms into one master suite with a door knocked through to one of the bathrooms.

The property was used as a successful holiday rental. Unfortunately, the owners have not had the chance to carry it on and so as it currently stands it does need some work to get it back to the lovely villa it was. Once restored, it really will be a very special home or rental.
