A holiday spot a stone's throw from a swimming lake and also located in beautiful green surroundings!HouseThe house is located in the village of Sussac. It is hidden from view by the hedge at the front. You enter the house via the terrace. The living space (~24 m²/258,33 ft²) has two French doors to the terrace, a wood-burning stove in the middle to heat the room and a neat kitchen corner. Behind the kitchen is a narrow bathroom equipped with shower cubicle, toilet a a sink. The master bedroom (~9.5 m²/102,23 ft²) is located on the garden side. The other two bedrooms (5.60 m²/60,28 ft² and 4 m²/43 ft²) are realised in the extension (2008) on the other side of the living space. 
The terrace, an extension of the living space, is south-west facing and overlooks the lake and green surroundings. A view that never gets boring! There’s a sunscreen for the moments when it get’s to sunny 
The basement mainly provides storage space, as the difference in height means the garage is no longer accessible to a car. Next to the garage door, an extra bedroom has been created. This is only accessible from the garage. There is no interior staircase from the living area. The freezer, washing machine and boiler are also in the basement.The garden The plot covers a total of 3,220 m²/0.82 acres. The part that is fenced is about 2,600 m²/0,64 acres. The rest of the plot is part of the public road that runs along the plot on the west side. The garden is sloping. On the east side is a raised terrace that has seen its best days. There are several trees and shrubs in the garden : there is always a sun or shade spot to be found. On the south side is a hangar with a tiled roof. A great place for storing firewood.Facilities The lake you have a view of has a small sandy beach and at the outer edge is a mini-golf course. You can start the day with a refreshing morning swim or seek the coolness of the water in between. For hikers and cyclists, the area also has a lot to offer: there are plenty of paths to discover to fully enjoy the beautiful Limousin countryside. 
The village of Sussac no longer has any facilities. For these you go to neighbouring Châteauneuf la Forêt which can be reached within 10 minutes. This village has a large supermarket, bakeries, shops and restaurants. Châteauneuf la Foret also provides a swimming lake. You can also go to the small town of Eymoutiers, located almost the same distance away. The city centre of Limoges with its old town streets and lively shopping heart can be reached in 45 minutes. The commercial zone on the south side of the city with its large supermarket in just over 30 minutes.
