On the side of the boiler house is the Solar Edge control unit for the 11 solar panels on the roof which powers the electricity and heats the swimming pool. There is a polypropylene bubble sheet on a roller which fixes to the end of the pool when one wants to keep the heat in the pool overnight. 
Upstairs are the 3 main double bedrooms, two with en-suite and family bathroom all have good built-in storage units and more on the landing. These bedrooms lead out to the spacious balcony which have part sea views, here you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
