A few minutes drive from the village of Perithia, the hamlet of Perouli comprises of a a few houses, with lovely countryside views. 'Perouli' is the local word for an area which is always in the sun.
There are two ways to access the property - either via a little pathway up the side of the house, or through private electric gates leading to the parking area. The main door is at the side of the house leading into a hallway which is currently used as an office.
