Location
Maguez is close to Haria the municipality town. The area is very good for farming and locals can be seen in the fields with donkeys attending to their produce. It has lovely mountain views and only a few minutes drive to the coast and Arrieta beach.
Haria is described as the valley of a thousand palms and is one of the greenest parts of the island. The hills are terraced and locals grow anything including vines, garlic, corn and flowers. The town has lots of interesting buildings and a craft market each Saturday.
