Description complète
Standing proudly on the side of the road in the village of Arkadades on the way to Agios Georgios (north), this old manor house could easily become a small hotel, or any combination of lifestyle business with owners accommodation.
There are twelve rooms in total, the ground floor being stone-flagged, and the attic area sloping into the eaves, so with somewhat less useable space.
A stone staircase leads externally to the first floor making a natural division should the new owner wish to divide the property horizontally.
There is also a steep wooden internal staircase connecting all three storeys, and many of the original doors, and stone features are preservable.
At one time the ground floor area was used as a taverna/bar, and outside there is a concrete floor laid in one part of the garden that was used for dancing.
A grassy slope with various citrus trees leads up and behind the building from where distant villages are visible and the sea to the north, with Albanian mountains in the very far distance on a clear day.
As well as the huge potential of the main building there are two stone outbuildings, one with an old fireplace.
