As you drive along towards the villa there are stunning views of the local countryside.
Access to the property is via double ornamental iron gates leading into the fabulous mature garden. A glimpse of the villa can be seen through the palm trees. A gravelled path leads to the front of the property and continues down the side of the property where there is a large garage currently being used as a workshop. To the side of the workshop is a pedestrian gate which leads into the rear gardens.
The path meanders down to a wooden door which houses an outdoor kitchen with electric boiler, cupboard space, sink. Outside the kitchen is a tiled patio area ideal for al fresco dining.
The path continues to meander around the garden, with built up flower beds and stone archways. There is also an outdoor water tap.
As you approach the rear of the house there is a large, tiled patio area where there is ample space for table and chairs and sun loungers to soak up the warm sunshine. The outdoor seating offers fabulous views of the garden and surrounding countryside.
A low-level tiled step leads up to a traditional Spanish door with reja, giving entry to the property. To the left is a covered terrace with ceiling fan and lighting, giving extra living space and views over the garden. Currently having dual use as a relaxing area and dining room.
Through the door leads to the modern, spacious kitchen/diner with a range of base and wall mounted units, tiled splashbacks, free standing furniture, double oven and hob, fridge freezer, sink with swan neck tap, wooden window with reja and traditional wooden shutters, and exposed ceiling beams giving a rustic country feel.
