The Estate is composed of an ancient stone farmhouse dating back to 1700, plus 2 annexes in Val d'Orcia. The ancient farmhouse is divided into apartments and has been completely restored in 2000. Not far away is the most recent building on two levels with a large porch and a loggia. The property includes also a 45 sqm garage with exposed wood beams ceiling and plastered facades. A second stone annex, that used to be a barn, can be restored and converted into living quartes.
