As the plot has an existing former dwelling this land plot does not have major issues with acquiring Building Permits, as other plots may have today in the Mani. This project would be the restoration of an existing house and therefore should be a much simpler construction project to get started. Should a Commercial Investment be considered by the new Owners, the plot size can be increased easily, as further land is owned adjacent to the plot on offer, doubling of the plot size would not be an issue. An investment of this size, would meet the requirements for an application of Golden Visa for residency in Greece.
