Description complète
This lovely village house in Eleonas is located in a verdant area and just 450 m away from the beach.
The 170 sqm house is erected on a 765 sqm plot on the outskirts of village Eleonas which took its name from the fact that it has the largest olive tree forest in the vicinity.
The village house unfolds over two floors: the ground floor, occupying an area of 95 sqm comprises the living/dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, WC and a guest room with en-suite bathroom. A wide interior wooden staircase takes us to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a 10 sqm semi-basement storage facility/boiler room, as well as a basement storage facility. Do note that the building factor has not been exhausted and the house can be expanded (the issue of a building permit will, in such a case, be mandatory).
The house is sold tastefully furnished with fully fitted kitchen and bathrooms. Provisions have been made to install air conditioning units, but due to the local microclimate the house is cool even in the hot summer months. Windows are aluminium, double-glazed and fitted with nets.
The gardens of the villa include 10 olive trees as well as lush vegetation, while offering parking space for two vehicles. The mountain view from the garden and the balconies is truly breathtaking.
