Mojacar’s commercial centre is a very short drive away and is the social meeting place for the area with café’s, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Close to the commercial centre is Mojacar’s medical centre, high school, another supermarket and an additional smaller commercial centre. The local bus route which is a short walk from the property connects you to the coastline towns of Garrucha, Vera Playa and Vera as well as to Mojacar Pueblo.

Local airports are also close by - Almeria airport can be reached within 50/55 minutes, Murcia & Alicante airports are also just 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours away respectively. A local shuttle bus company operates to meet direct UK & Irish flights into these airports with a drop-off point very close to the property.
