LOCATION: this property is located in a quiet area about halfway between Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica, easily reachable by asphalt road.
DESCRIPTION: the sale includes two units located in the center of almost two hectares of land. From the access driveway, we find on the right side the main house which includes a complex of trulli made up of five large cones and one smaller one, there is an entrance hall with an adjoining trullo with fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large room made up of two trulli where you can create the kitchen. On the main façade, there is a room with an ancient oven, not communicating with the interior of the house. On the left side of the access driveway, there is a large brick room with a fireplace alongside two ancient trulli.
CONDITIONS: the house was used until a few years ago as the owners' summer residence. It is in excellent structural condition but requires internal modernization essentially regarding the systems.
