Approaching the property, we find double gates onto the long driveway giving you space for off-road parking though there is plenty of road parking for guests. The driveway ends with a lovely, covered terrace fitted with a shade awning.

From the property we’ll find an array of bars and restaurants within walking distance with Mojacar’s commercial center just a 20 minute walk away. The commercial center is the social meeting place for Mojacar where we’ll find café’s, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. Between the commercial center and the property is Mojacar’s medical center, school, supermarket and another smaller commercial center. The local bus route which is a short walk from the property connects you to the coastline towns of Garrucha, Vera Playa and Vera as well as the entire 10km coastline of Mojacar Playa and even up to Mojacar Pueblo. Local airports are also close by - Almeria airport can be reached within 50/55 minutes, Murcia and Alicante airports are also just 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours away respectively. A local Shuttle Bus company runs buses to meet UK and Irish flights into these airports with a drop-off point very close to the property.
