The plot is located on a gentle slope, on a hillside facing southeast with fantastic views over the countryside of Alcobaça, where it is possible to see the Natural Park of Serra dos Candeeiros.
It has an excellent sun exposure, and in a very quiet area with lots of privacy.It is located near the locality of Carrascas, in the parish of Cela, a few kilometers from Alcobaça,São Martinho do Porto or Nazaré.
The access to the A8 highway is only a few minutes away, and Lisbon is about one hour away.
