This cottage includes three bedrooms off the large balcony area and three bathrooms. The kitchen and lounge are also off the balcony, but with the incredible views, most of the time owners dine and relax on the balcony area.
Although set on the hillside there is the use of a funicular type outdoor lift to access the cottage.
The Pelican Cottage is presently rented as a vacation rental home in the owner’s absence and therefore gives an income as well as being a relaxing place to vacation.
