The house is an autonomous portion of a building: inside it is in discreet condition, outside it is in great condition with a renovated roof (in wood and ancient tiles), with new gutters and a new plaster; the work was made approximately 10 years ago. The property is disposed on three levels: the basement floor hosts a warehouse, the raised floor, accessible from an external staircase holds a dining kitchen with a wonderful period fireplace and a bathroom and lastly the first floor we find a bedroom with terrace and a storage room. The fixtures are in ancient wood, the vaults in some rooms are in ancient bricks (currently plastered). For its position, the structure can be used as a vacation home since the hamlet is located inside the Majella National Park and close to the Lama Bianca Natural Reserve. In the old hamlet, close to the house, there are several food stores, bar, restaurant, pizzerias, pharmacy, post office, mozzarella and cheeses producers who use the milk of cows and sheeps that graze in the open and a bakery that uses high mountain waters and slow and natural leavening for fragrant bread and pastries. At a few km from the building there are the ski slopes of Passo San Leonardo, the enchanted village of Roccacaramanico, that stayed uninhabited for decades and now knowingly reclaimed, and Caramanico Terme, the most important spa village of the center of Italy where it is possible to take care of one's own health and wellness. With one house there is Pescara, lively sea town and with two and a half hour there is Rome. The closest train station is in Scafa, approximately half an hour by cas as well as the Parchi tollbooth.
