This charming village house is in the lower area of Kritsa. It was an old dilapidated and deserted cluster of buildings that had once served as the village bakery. It was purchased and renovated into a lovely, comfortable and spacious home by the current owners.

Upon entering the main arched wooden door, one finds themselves in a beautiful, 45m2 pebbled courtyard that was lovingly made by the family who renovated the property.

Straight ahead is the entrance to the main house and on the right is the storage area with its own entrance,. this could be converted into a guest cottage. On the left is a staircase that leads up to a large terrace with lovely sea, mountainside, and village views.

All the traditional elements of the old village house, such as the arch in the kitchen and all the doors and windows have all been kept and repaired, making this an authentic traditional village home, not without its modern comforts.

It has solar heated water. There are three air-conditioners and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is also a wood burning stove and an electric storage heater for warmth in the winter.

The property can be accessed from the road and there are a few parking spaces directly outside the house.
