2 plots of land being sold together , the front plot which is 959 m² would need to give access to the second plot of 1,572.m². The plots are is in an elevated position with stunning views of the the coastline and the Mountains. It would be better to buy both plots together so that the rear plot has the access from the front plot. We are waiting to find out from the owner the buildable m² of the plots but a minimum of 200 m² can be built.
