The mountains of St Kitts perfectly frame the Caribbean Sea on the horizon providing the ideal counterpoint for the dramatic sunsets that will be enjoyed night after night from the 20' wide terrace that runs the entire width of the villa.

Great Room
The vast great room opens out on to the expansive verandah and the infinity pool.  It is furnished with boutique hotel style pieces, around the central sectional sofa that comfortably seats 10-12. This tasteful room has a spectacular vaulted ceiling spinning with cooling ceiling fans and the floor is French Oak. The walls are dotted with eclectic art pieces and oversized lamps and floor length white curtains fluttering in the breeze add a overall romantic element and sense of tranquility.

Kitchen
This European style bespoke kitchen is crafted from French oak with Corian counters and is fitted with a stunning array of appliances including wall mounted ovens and microwave , Fridge/Freezer , dishwasher, double wine fridge, integral coffee maker and electric hob - all by Wolf or Sub Zero. The vast breakfast bar comfortably seats 6 in leather and stainless steel bar stools and the kitchen is illuminated by 5 candle bulb chandeliers.

In the lobby area is a full walk in pantry, with fitted shelves in cool tile to keep produce at the perfect serving temperature.

Master Bedroom & Ensuite
The master suite is accessed by a private stairwell leading to the top floor  -  this gracious room is inviting and spacious and comes with its own private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a large tub, positioned to benefit from the stunning views in two directions, a wet room shower , WC and and oversized hand basin and vanity complete this modern retreat.

3 x Guest Suites 
Three generous sized  guest suites are all furnished with large wooden beds, lavish linens, walk in closets and ensuite bathrooms with Dornbracht & Grohe fitting throughout.

Laundry
The laundry room is on the lower level and is beautifully fitted out with floor to ceiling white cupboards and integral washer and dryer by Miele.  A stainless steel sink with spray tap complete the counter top, and the cupboards are neatly stacked with a full compliment of house linens and towels.

Verandah
The 20' wide verandah runs the entire width of the villa and provides ample entertaining space.  There is outside dining at a large wooden table with comfortable dining armchairs, a selection of chaise lounges and reclining chairs.  A full outside steel stainless summer kitchen and grill is built in to provide the ultimate barefoot dining experience.  The verandah is beautifully finished in teak and coral stone.

House Systems
Dulcina is a tech wizards dream and comes fitted with TV/AV system which provide everything on Smart TVs including NETFLIX, APPLE TV, all European and U.S. channels, and music to all areas from Napster, Spotify, IPOD playlists, including external verandas.
Security cameras are installed throughout the home and the CCTV can be viewed from anywhere in world. Wifi throughout property.
