The present owners of this little house in Lakones have used a great deal of imagination and flair in renovating this pretty house.
On the upper level is a small sitting room, which leads into the fairly large bedroom. Walls have been left as bare stonework and the old cupboard in the wall provides an interesting feature. A window to the side enjoys a lovely sea view.
From the sitting room a modern spiral staircase leads down to the lower level and into the open plan shower room and utility area. The WC is separate for privacy.
Off the utiility area is a large sunny and modern kitchen/dining room. With fitted units and windows overlooking the alleyway, the room is pleasant and welcoming. A doorway leads outside to the alleyway.
The village of Lakones is very popular, being traditional and with superb views. Paleokastritsa is a ten minute drive away, and there are footpaths in the village leading down to the resort.
