Interior:
On entering the property a entrance hall leads into the spacious open plan living area. The fully fitted kitchen is set to the rear and is equipped with all appliances needed for a self catering. The living area is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture and a dining table with chairs to seat six. Double patio doors lead off this room directly out onto the pool terrace. There is also a WC on this level.
On the first floor of the villa is the master bedroom suite- exceptionally large, taking up the entirety of this level. The master bedroom itself is huge and has a King sized bed. If required, a further single bed can also be placed in this room- ideal for couples with a small child. Two sets of double patio doors lead out onto the private balcony- furnished with comfortable chairs and coffee table. From here there are unobstructed views over the bay.
A separate dressing area on this level leads to the bathroom which has a WC, sink and bath with shower unit.
On the second floor of the villa are two further bedrooms- one double and a twin bedroom. Each bedroom bedroom has a separate dressing area leading into it. The bedrooms on this level are bright and airy and each has double patio doors leading out onto a shared balcony- once again with spectacular sea views. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with WC, sink and shower unit.
Exterior:
Internal stairs lead up to the top level of the villa which is a fantastic, spacious roof terrace. Furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs and coffee table- this is the ideal place to take in the stunning views at sunset.
The villa has a private swimming pool with infinity edge, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining area. Tucked down by the side of the villa there is a stone built BBQ for the use of guests.
In addition, the villa has a secure garage which currently has a table tennis table- perfect to escape the heat of the day and work off a bit of energy!
The villa is just a couple of minute's walk from Kalkan Beach Park- where you can enjoy the use of the onsite restaurant, sunbathing platforms and water sports. A water taxi shuttles back and forth between the beach club and Kalkan throughout the day. Alternatively, taxis are readily available.
