LOCATION:
This lovely hotel, is conveniently located in one of Laconical Mani’s most beautiful towns, Monemvasia, just 300 m from the center.
Monemvasia was entirely carved on the back side of a sea rock in the Medieval times. This huge sea rock is not visible from the mainland, and this is because the locals wanted to avoid enemy attacks. The only way to reach Monemvasia was by boat. Now, of course, a paved pathway is constructed to connect the castle entrance to the mainland.
This town, with its own unique atmosphere, attracts endless visitors from all over Greece and the world, in order to experience its diversity and its multiple and varied elements within a romantic scenery.
With stone steps, alleys, fairy-tale houses, arches and churches, Monemvasia, is a fantastic destination and as the locals say, “you want see twice the same thing here”…
There are a variety of Super-Markets, cafes, restaurants, etc.
