Danni Menzies heads back to La Duquesa, Spain to visit Janet and Andrew who found their dream permanent home in December 2021. Sara Damergi is in Italy visiting Dawn in her stunning country house in the Le Marche countryside that she purchased in 2015. After some great sadness Dawn has embraced the Italian way of life and is now living the Dolce Vita.

18 months ago Janet and Andrew asked Danni Menzies to help them find their new dream permanent home around La Duquesa on Spain’s Costa del Sol. They were looking for a property near the beach, and space was all important so they would have plenty of room for their two grown up children to come and stay, and of course, their beloved dog Dobby. Now Danni is back to have a good look round the apartment and see what they’ve done to it. Plus Janet and Andrew show Danni around the area’s beautiful marina and they all take a ride along the promenade on electric scooters!

8 years ago Sara Damergi helped Dawn and Graham find their perfect holiday property in Central Italy. They wanted a house with 3 bedrooms and some land to grow some vegetables and fruit. Sara managed to impress them with 2 properties–but none were quite perfect, but a year later they bought they found and bought the house of their dreams. Sadly soon after finding the house Graham received a terminal cancer diagnosis but was insistent that Dawn still keep the home after his passing and start a new life for herself. She’s invited Sara back to have a look around her home and they take a boat trip around the area’s beautiful coastline!
