We offer a townhouse in El Puertito, the beach-side district below Los Silos in the northwest of the island of Tenerife. The house is within walking distance of the ocean and has a great sea and mountain view.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with the typical Canarian built-in cupboards, the kitchen of the house, as well as a glass-covered area that could be used as a workshop, storage or winter garden.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a terrace in front of the house as well as a roof terrace with views of the surrounding landscape
The house is unfurnished and has been freshly painted.
The municipality of Los Silos is located among banana plantations in the northwest of Tenerife. It borders Santiago del Teide, Garachico, El Tanque and Buenavista del Norte. The Aregume hill protects the historic town centre from the north winds. This is why people settled in this area, which is also crossed by the Camino Real (Royal Route) that connected Garachico with Buenavista. Los Silos is in the heart of Teno, where you can enjoy the wonderful unspoilt nature. The historic Canarian culture is not only made up of architecture, but also of sculpture and goldsmithing. Los Silos has an excellent selection of picturesque bars and restaurants serving typical Canarian food. The Buenavista golf course, the various football pitches, the large municipal swimming pool and the flat streets, ideal for cycling, contribute to the fact that this beautiful village can offer many sports activities.
